Menu system is crisp and easy to understand, device is simple to use even with minimal tech understanding. Only time I have noticed a lower quality picture is on my 50" plasma while watching files which have been compressed too much, which is to be expected.

On a regular SD tv, the lower quality was barely noticeable. Others have complained about load time from an attached drive, I have found this to be a non issue also, if you plug in a new drive it takes a minute or two to scan, but after that there is minimal load time, even when the drive is removed.
